Mr. Ron Von Essen is the proud owner of a 1931 Seagrave Suburbanite that once served Stoneham. Delivered to the town in 1931 and assigned to Engine 2, it proudly served for 31 years until being sold in 1962. It was sold several times and restored to mint condition (with a different paint scheme and lettering). Thanks to Ron, Engine 2 returned home to Stoneham for the 100th Anniversary Celebration. A very special thank you to Ron for bringing Engine 2 all the way up from Tennessee to be part of our special day.
