Bedford, NH- voters turn down a warrant article requesting funds to build a fire department substation.

Belmont, NH- has been awarded a Federal grant in the amount of $206,100 for Firefighter Self Contained Breathing Apparatus and a Pack Tracker System.

Berlin, NH- has received a Federal grant in the amount of $47,073 for a Diesel Exhaust System and Large Diameter Hose.

Brookline, NH- Brookline Ambulance Director Wes Whittier will be retiring after 23 years of service.

Candia, NH- has received a federal grant in the amount of $67,925 to purchase 13 Firefighter Breathing Apparatus.

Chesterfield, NH- has received a federal grant in the amount of $112,100 to purchase 18 Firefighter Breathing Apparatus and Conduct Firefighter I Training.

Claremont, NH- has received a federal grant in the amount of $47,845 for a Diesel Exhaust Removal System.

Concord, NH- has received a Federal grant in the amount of $371,826 for 46 Firefighter Breathing Apparatus, 43 Additional Face Pieces and 43 Regulators.

Concord, NH Fire Department- Battalion Chief Ken Folsom has retired after 30 years of service. He will go on to become the town manager of Canterbury.

Concord, NH- as of October 19, the department will switch to 24 hour work shifts. The schedule will have the 1-2-1-4 rotation.

Derry, NH Fire Department- Fire Chief George Klauber has announced he will retire in January.

Dover, NH Fire Department- Firefighter Karl Cincotta has retired after 21 years of service.

Epsom, NH- has received a Federal grant in the amount of $21,489 for Fire Hose.

Farmington, NH- has selected Peter Lamb of Newport to be the new fire chief.

Francestown, NH- has placed into service a 1968 Jeep M715 brush truck with 150 gallons water. This replaces the 1961 Dodge M-37 brush truck.

Goffstown, NH- the request for funds to renovate all 3 fire stations did not pass at town meeting.

Hanover, NH- has named Martin McMillan of Rochester, NY as the next fire chief replacing the recently retired Roger Bradley.

Hanover, NH- Martin McMillan has been sworn in as the new Fire Chief.

Hanover, NH– has received a Federal Grant in the amount of $43,605.00 for a Diesel Exhaust Extraction System.

Hudson, NH- Captain Scott Tice has been promoted to Deputy Chief. Captain Kevin Grebinar has transferred from Training and Safety Division to Group 2 Shift Commander.

Hudson, NH Fire Department- has put their 1989 Internationa/Ranger heavy Rescue out of service. Current plans call for it to become the new Nashua Dive Team truck. This will replace the 1990 Chevy van. Hudson is also set to receive their new Squad truck in the near future.

Jaffrey, NH- has received a Federal grant in the amount of $148,200 to purchase 24 Firefighter Self Contained Breathing Apparatus.

NH Division of Fire Standards and Training and EMS, Concord, NH – has received a Federal grant in the amount of $201,246 for 24 Complete Sets of Turnout Gear and a Pumper.

New Boston, NH – has received a Federal Grant in the amount of $12,540 for a Thermal Imaging Camera.

Nelson, NH- Acting Chief Winston O. "Bud" French has been made permanent chief.

New Durham, NH- Kevin MacCaffrie has been named as Interim Chief.

Newton, NH Fire Department- has named John Alcaidinho as the new fire chief. He previously served as chief in one of the Dartmouth MA fire districts.

North Conway, NH- Assistant Chief Wayne McDonald has retired from the department.

Plaistow, New Hampshire Fire Department- Car 1 has been assigned a 2015 Chevy Tahoe 4X4.
