2021 MAINE APPARATUS DELIVERIES

Auburn, Maine Fire Department- had taken delivery of a 2021 Pierce Enforcer for Engine 3. It features a 1750 GPM pump and 1000 gallon water tank. Posted in June.

Bangor, Maine Fire Department- recently took delivery of a 2021 Ford E-450/PL Custom Medallion ambulance for Rescue 1. Rescue 1's 2019 ambulance has been reassigned to Rescue 6. Rescue 6's 2017 ambulance has been reassigned to Rescue 2, with the former Rescue 2 being retired.

Brownfield, Maine Fire Department- has taken delivery of an HME Ahrens-Fox Mini EVO built on a 2020 Ford F-550 chassis. It features a Hale, 1500 GPM pump, 400 gallons of water, and a Hydraulic Driven 160 CFM CAF system. It has been assigned to Engine 1, replacing a 1988 International. Posted in January.

Denmark, Maine Fire Department- has taken delivery of a 2021 International MV607/E-One two-door pumper. The new unit features a Cummins L9 350HP motor, Allison EVS 3000 Transmission, Hale DSD 1500 GPM Pump and 1000 gallon water tank. Posted in July.

Freeport, Maine Fire Department- has taken delivery of a 2021 Dodge Ram 5500/Braun Ambulance for Ambulance 5.

Friendship, Maine Fire Department- has taken delivery of a Ford F-550/E-One 4X4 light rescue for Utility 5. Features include: diesel engine, automatic transmission, aluminum wheels, rear cab storage for Fire/EMS gear, 12 volt and 110 power, and 4 SCBA brackets enclosed ZICO storage bags to ensure a clean cab environment. Other features include a rear back up camera, Hale 1500 GPM pump, de-rated for 1250GPM for extended longevity, Hale Class A foam system, 300 gallons of water, 30 gallons of foam. Posted in March.

Hampden, Maine Fire Department- has taken delivery of a 2021 Ford F-550/Horton 4X4 ambulance for Ambulance 289. Posted in August.

LifeFlight of Maine- recently acquired a 2020 Agusta 109SP twin engine helicopter (N901XM) for LifeFlight 2. Posted in March.

Lincolnville, Maine Fire Department- has taken delivery of a new 2020 International HV607/E-One pumper for Engine 4. It features a stainless steel body, Waterous 1250 GPM pump, 1000 gallons of water, and CLass One Class A Foam system with 30 gallon tank. Posted in February.

Naples, Maine Fire Department- has taken delivery of a 2021 Ford F-550/Braun 4X4 ambulance for Rescue 8. Posted in July.

Portland, Maine Fire Department- city's spending plan calls for two new pumpers and a new ladder truck. CLICK FOR ARTICLE. Posted in February.

Rumford, Maine Fire Department- has taken delivery of a 2020 Spartan ER demo pumper for Engine 2. It is equipped with a Darley LDM 1750 GPM pump and Pro Poly 750 gallon water tank. It also features a Foam Pro 2001 foam system with 20 gallon tank. Posted in January.

Saco, Maine Fire Department- has taken delivery of a 2021 Ferrara Cinder 1500 GPM, 1000 water, 50 foam for Engine 7. It replaces Engine 8's 1999 HME/Ferrara. Posted in March.

Sanford, Maine Fire Department- has taken delivery of a 2021 Pierce Enforcer 1500/750/20F for Engine 1. Posted in April.

Scarborough, Maine Fire Department- has taken delivery of a 2021 Pierce Enforcer stainless steel pumper with 1500 GPM pump. It will be assigned to Engine 4 and replaces a 1989 E-One. Posted in May.

St. George, Maine Fire Department- has taken delivery of a 2021 Ford F-550/HME Ahrens-Fox 4X4 1500/400/15F for Engine 2. Posted in March.

Unity, Maine Fire Department- recently took delivery of a 2021 Ford F-550/PL Custom ambulance for Ambulance 100. Posted in May.

Vassalboro, Maine Fire Department- has taken delivery of a 2021 Freightliner M2-106/E-One pumper for Engine 15. Features include a 360HP Cummins L9 motor, Allison EVS-3000 transmission, 1500 GPM Hale pump, 1000 gallon UPF water tank and 30 gallon foam tank. Posted in August.

Waterville, Maine Fire Department- has taken delivery of a 2020 Rosenbauer 101' Cobra aerial platform for Tower 1. It also features a 2000 GPM pump, 400 gallon water tank and 20 gallon Class A foam cell. Posted in February.

York Beach, Maine Fire Department- has taken delivery of a 2021 E-One Typhoon w/ 1250 GPM pump and 1000 gallon water tank for Engine 3. Posted in May.

York, Maine Ambulance- has placed into service a 2021 Ford E-450/Osage ambulance as Ambulance 3. Posted in August.

Belfast, Maine Fire Department- recently purchased a 2006 Chevy 5500 4x4 / S&S 500/400. Posted in April.

Canton, Maine Fire Department- Engine 4 has been assigned a 2009 Spartan / Toyne 1500/750 Rescue Pumper. Posted in April.

Chesterville, Maine Fire Department- recently purchased a 2010 International / E-One 1250/1800 tanker. Posted in April.

Dover-Foxcroft, Maine Fire Department- has placed into service a 2012 Pierce Arrow 1500/300/100’ RM tower ladder. Posted in April.

Dresden, Maine Fire Department- recently acquired a 2020 International/Deep South tanker with 1500 GPM pump and 2500 gallon tank. Posted in April.

Eustis, Maine Fire Department- has purchased a 2006 Rosenbauer 4X4 rescue pumper. No further details available. Posted in June.

Fort Fairfield, Maine Fire Department- has placed into service a 2012 Sutphen 2000/300/100’ Tower. Posted in April.

Georgetown, Maine Fire Department- recently acquired a 1998 HME / Central States 1250/750 pumper. Posted in April.

Gray, Maine Fire Department- recently placed into service a 2020 Ford F-350 4X4 as Utility 46 and a new 2020 John Deery ATV w/ 80 gallon skid unit as ATV 1. Posted in March.

Gray, Maine Fire Department- has re-mounted the 2016 Braun ambulance body from the 2016 Ford chassis to a new 2021 Ford F-550 4X4 chassis. Posted in July.

Lebanon, Maine Fire Department- has purchased former Hopkinton, NH’s Engine 2, a 1995 Simon Duplex/Valley 1500/1000. It will be designated Engine 143. Posted in January.

Lincoln, Maine Fire Department- recently placed into service a 2001 Ford F-550 / E-One 750/300. Posted in April.

Livermore Falls, Maine Fire Department- has purchased a 1997 E-One 95' tower that had served with the Jackson Fire District in NJ. The unit will replace a 1988 E-One 100' RMA that has been out of service since 2019. CLICK FOR ARTICLE. Posted in February.

Manchester, Maine Fire Department- has acquired a 2008 HME 1871 / Hensel 1250/1100/Foam. It was government suprplus from a US Airbase in Germany and has been designated Engine 11. Posted in June.

North Haven, Maine Fire Department- has acquired a 2008 Ford F-250 4x4 brush truck and 2004 International/Steele 350/2000 tanker. Posted in April.

Phillips, Maine Fire Department- has placed into service a 2005 KME 1000/1000 Rescue Pumper. Posted in April.

Presque Isle, Maine Fire Department- recently acquired a 2012 Freightliner / Deep South 1500/2500 tanker. Posted in April.

Waterville, Maine Fire Department- has sent Engine 2's 2007 Ferrara Intruder II 1500/1000/30F out to be refurbished. It will return with the new gray/red color scheme. Posted in June.
