2022 CONNECTICUT APPARATUS DELIVERIES (New and Used)

Ashford Fire Department has taken delivery of a 2021 Freightliner CT114/Spartan for Engine-Tank 220. It is equipped with a Cummins L9 diesel engine, Allison 3000EVS automatic transmission, Hale 1500 GPM pump, Harrison hydraulic generator & carries 1000 gallons of water. Posted in January.

Beacon Falls Fire Department has placed into service a 2021 Chevy Tahoe 4X4 as R-1, the EMS fly car. Posted in January.

Bloomfield Center Fire Department recently placed into service a 2021 Pierce Velocity rescue-pumper. Features includes a Detroit Diesel DD13 505 hp motor, Waterous 1500 GPM pump and 500 gallon water tank. It has been designated Rescue 6.

Bristol Fire Department recently placed into service a 2022 Ford F-350 utility as Service 1. The current 2007 Ford will have the body replaced with a flatbed and become Support 1. Posted in May.

Bristol Fire has taken delivery of a 2022 Pierce Enforcer 1500/750/40F pumper for Engine 3. Posted in November.

Candlewood Fire Company in Brookfield has taken delivery of a 2022 Pierce Enforcer 1500/750 for Engine 21. Posted in November.

Chaplin Fire Department has taken delivery of a 2022 Spartan FC-94/E-One 1500/1000 for Engine-Tank 109. It replaces Engine-Tank 309's 1998 International/Central States. Posted in October.

Cromwell Fire Department has taken delivery of a 2022 Pierce Enforcer pumper with 1250 GPM pump and 750 gallon water tank for Engine 1. Posted in May.

Bantam Fire Co in Litchfield has taken delivery of a 2022 Ford E-450/Horton ambulance for Ambulance 37. Posted in March.

Danbury Fire Department has taken delivery of a 2022 Pierce Enforcer PUC 1500/750/30F for Squad 21.

East Granby Fire Department recently purchased a 2003 Pierce Saber 1500/1000 from Coopersburg, PA for Engine-Tank 508. Posted in July.

East Haddam Fire Department has taken delivery of a 2022 Sutphen Monarch Extreme Duty SLR75 2000/500/75' RMA for Ladder 1-15. Posted in June.

East Hampton Fire Department has taken delivery of two (2) 2022 Freightliner M2-106/Pierce tankers for Tanker 1 and Tanker 3. Features include a Cummins L9 360 hp motor, Waterous 1250 GPM pump and 2100 gallon water tank. Posted in June.

East Hartford Fire had placed into service a 2007 Seagrave 1500/500 as Engine 6. The unit previously served at the Bradley International Airport. Posted in February.

East Haven Fire Department has taken delivery of a 2022 Spartan Metro Star/ER pumper for Engine 4. It is equipped with a Cummins L9 diesel engine rated at 450 HP, Allison 3000EVP transmission, Hale 1250 GPM pump, and carries 500 gallons of water. Posted in June.

Ellington Fire Department recently placed into sevice a 2021 Freightliner/KME 1250/500/20F as Engine 143. Posted in September.

Enfield Fire District 1 has taken delivery of a 2022 Pierce Velocity 100' Mid-Mount tower w/ 2000 GPM pump and 300 gallon water tank. Posted in July.

Georgetown Fire Department has taken delivery of a 2022 Ford F-550/PL Custom ambulance. Posted in January.

Haddam Neck Fire Department recently took delivery of a 2022 Ford F-350/Reading utility truck for Rescue 16. Posted in October.

Hartford Fire has assigned 2022 Chevy Silverado 4X4s to District 1 and District 2 chiefs. Posted in December.

Hartford Fire Department has taken delivery of a 2022 E-One Cyclone-Metro 100' RMA for Ladder 6. Posted in December.

Harwinton Fire recently took delivery of a 2021 Sutphen Monarch pumper with 1500 GPM pump and 1000 gallon water tank for Engine 3. The 1991 American LaFrance pumper it replaced has been retired. Posted in January.

Hawleyville Fire in Newtown has taken delivery of a 2006 Pierce Enforcer heavy rescue for Rescue 334. Refurbished by Tracy's Garage in Derby, CT prior to delivery, the unit had previously served in Beacon, NY. Posted in June.

Lakeville Fire Department in Salisbury has taken delivery of a 2022 Ford F-550/Wildland Warehouse 300/350/15F for Brush 1. Posted in October.

Middlebury Fire Department recently took delivery of a new 2022 Ford ambulance for FD-11 and a new Ford utility for Squad 2. No further info on these vehicles at this time. Posted in September.

Mortlake Fire in Brooklyn has taken delivery of a 2022 Spartan MetroStar/Smeal pumper. It is equipped with a Hale QMAX 1500 gpm pump, 1250 gallon water 20 gallon foam Pro Poly tank, FoamPro 2001 foam system & Smart Power 6 kw. hydraulic generator. Posted in November.

New Canaan Fire Department has taken delivery of a 2021 Spartan/Gowans-Knight heavy rescue for Rescue 5. It replaces a 2000 International/EVI. Posted in March.

New Hartford Fire Department has taken delivery of a 2021 Chevy 3500 4X4/Firematic B.R.A.T. for Brush 2. Features include a CET SM PFP 20 HP Pump, 225 gallon water tank and 10 gallon foam tank. Posted in September.

New Haven Fire Department recently took delivery of a 2022 Seagrave Marauder II 1500/500 for Engine 4. The current Engine 4's Pierce will be reassigned to Engine 16. Posted in April.

New London Fire Department has taken delivery of a 2022 Dodge Ram 5500/Horton ambulance for A-200. Posted in October.

Norfolk Fire Department has taken delivery of a 2022 Freightliner 114SD / Midwest 500/3000 Tanker. Posted in December.

North Branford Fire Department recently placed into service a new ambulance built on a 2022 Ford F-550 chassis as Medic 4. Posted in September.

Norwalk Fire Department has taken delivery of a 2022 Seagrave Marauder 100' TDA for Truck 2. Posted in July.

Orange Fire Department has taken delivery of a 2022 Spartan ER pumper for Engine 33. It is equipped with a Cummins L9 diesel engine, Allison 3000EVP transmission, Waterous CSU 1500 gpm pump and carries 1000 gallons of water and 15 gallons of foam. Posted in September.

Pawcatuck Fire Department in Stonington has taken delivery of a 2022 International/E-One 1500/750/30B pumper for Engine T-43. It replaces a 2006 E-One. Posted in June.

Portland Fire Department has taken delivery of a 2022 Freightliner M2-112/Alexis pumper/tanker for Tanker 6. Features include: 450 HP Cummins Engine, Allison 3000 EVS Transmission, Hale DSD 125 Single Stage Split-Shaft 1250 GPM Pump and a 3,000 gallon Poly tank. Posted in November.

Prospect Fire Department has taken delivery of a 2021 Pierce Enforcer PUC Rescue Pumper for Squad 3. Features include: 1500 GPM pump, 1000 gallon water tank, TAK4 suspension, 214 Body, and Cummins 500hp X12 motor. Posted in March.

Sandy Hook Fire in Newtown has taken delivery of a 2022 E-One HR-100 quint with 1500 GPM pump, 500 gallon water tank and 100' RM aerial. It has been designated Quint 440. Posted in December.

Simsbury Fire Department has taken delivery of a 2021 Spartan/4 Guys pumper with 1500 GPM pump and 1000 gallon water tank. It will replace Engine 8's 1994 E-One. Posted in March.

Simsbury Fire has taken delivery of a 2022 E-One quint with 1500 GPM pump, 500 gallon water tank and 100' rear mount aerial. Designated Quint 5, it will replace a 2014 Spartan pumper that will be reassigned to Engine 2. Posted in March.

South Fire Company in Middletown has taken delivery of a 2022 International CV/BME 4x4 150/400/12F for Brush 36. Posted in December.

South Kensington Fire in Berlin has taken delivery of a 2022 Pierce Enforcer pumper/tanker for Engine 12. Features include: Detroit Diesel 525hp motor, TAK-4 independent front suspension, 6kw generator, 1500 GPM pump and 2000 gallon water tank. Posted in July.

South Windsor Fire Department has taken delivery of a 2022 Ford F-450 XLT 4x4/Firematic light rescue for Fire-Police 9. Posted in June.

South Windsor Fire Department has taken delivery of a 2022 Pierce Velocity heavy rescue for Rescue 5. Posted in September.

Southington Fire Department has taken delivery of a 2022 Ford F-250 4X4 for Service 1. Posted in October.

Stamford Fire Department is set to take delivery of a new 2021 Pierce Enforcer for Engine 5. Equipped with a 1500 GPM pump and 1000 gallon tank, it will be delivered to the department after outfitting at the local dealer. Posted in January.

Stamford Fire's new Truck 3 has been completed at the factory. The 2022 Pierce Enforcer 100' RMA will be delivered to the department soon; after outfitting at the local dealer. Posted in February.

Stamford Fire Department has placed into service a 2022 Ford F-250 4X4 SUper Duty for Unit 4, the Deputy Chief/Shift Commander. The unit was up-fitted by 10-75 Emergency Vehicles of Haskell, NJ and Stamford FD mechanics. Posted in October.

Stamford EMS has taken delivery of a 2022 Ford F-350/Horton Type I ambulance. Features include: 72” head room, Main wall Ducted HVAC, Horton Occupant Protection 4 point seat restraints, Horton I4G Electrical system, Whelen LED emergency and non-emergency lighting and Stryker Power Load cot retention system. Trumbull EMS has taken delivery of a 2022 Mercedes Benz/Wheeled Coach ambulance for Ambulance 903. Posted in November.

University of Connecticut-Farmington has taken delivery of a 2022 Pierce Enforcer pumper for Engine 2. Features include a Cummins L9 motor, 1500 GPM pump and 750 gallon water tank. Posted in March.

Vernon Fire Department has taken delivery of a 2022 Pierce Velocity 100' RM Tower for Tower 541. Posted in August.

Warren Fire Department has taken delivery of a 2021 Pierce Saber 1500/1000 for Engine 6. It replaces a 1991 Simon-Duplex/Boardman. Posted in January.

Water Witch Hose Co.#2 in New Milford has taken delivery of a 2022 Freightliner M2-106/Rescue 1 medium duty for Rescue 22. Features include: Cummins B6.7 diesel motor, Allison automatic transmission, Harrison 10kw hydraulic generator and a Command Light Shadow RT LED light tower. There are an anchor point on all 4 sides for a portable winch and 4 coffin compartments on top. Posted in September.

Waterbury Fire Department has taken delivery of a 2022 E-One Typhoon 100' RMA for Truck 1. Additional features include: single rear axle, Hydraulic Aerial Controls, Pre-Piped Pinnable Waterway, Severe Duty (Cast Aluminum) Dash Package, Cummins X12 500HP Engine and Allison EVS 4000 Transmission. West Hartford Fire Department recently placed into service a 2022 Chevy 2500 4X4 for Medic 22, which is a paramedic non-transporting fly car. Posted in November.

West Haven Fire Department has taken delivery of a 2022 Pierce Velocity-Ascendant 100' Mid-Mount tower for Truck 22. Posted in August.

Williamsville Fire has taken delivery of a 2020 Chevy Tahoe 4X4 EMS vehicle for Rescue 160. Posted in January.
